About Us

Greg Shick has over 25 years of experience in the Ohio lighting marketplace.  He has an extensive background in performance lighting, lighting controls and LED lighting.  Greg has been involved in over 1000 lighting projects of varying size and complexity. 

Laura Shick writes the checks, collects the money and keeps everyone else in line.  What more needs to be said? 

Leslie Patrizi brought her lighting talents to Bright Focus Sales in 2006, after considering a move to South Beach.  She has a vast knowledge of lighting products for high end residential, commercial and industrial applications.  She is tenacious in serving customer's needs. 

Gene Schleicher, IESNA Gene may be new to Bright Focus Sales, however he is far from being new to the lighting industry.  He brings over 35 years of experience in all aspects of lighting, from homes to hospitals.  Gene has worked as both an electrical designer and in lighting sales.  Gene has been an active board member of the Cleveland Section of IESNA, volunteering as an instructor for IESNA Education Programs and member since 1988.  He became "Green" before "Green" was cool - in 1996 when he became a Green Lights Surveyor Ally, an EPA Program.  Today he as passionate about lighting as when he was first became involved, as it’s an artistic tool used to emphasize architectural design. 

Jill Friermood has  been in lighting sales for over 20 years. She has worked throughout southwest Ohio as both a manufacturer's representative and distributor.  Jill has focused on specification sales for the last eight years.
